Today the company sells all its products in many stores throughout Greece, counting over 200 outlets.
Slaughterhouse
The vertical three-line slaughterhouse unit (cattle-lambs-swine) is located in the rural area of Chalastra.
Its modern building facilities occupy an area of 2000 m2 and its auxiliary facilities, 600 m2.
Trade in Meat
The company sells fresh and frozen meat, which is transported with our own refrigerator trucks at various stores located in and out of Prefecture of Thessaloniki.
Deli Meats, Smoked Sausages
The top quality raw materials and the careful selection of Greek meat, processed at the company’s facilities, give FARMA CHALASTRAS S.A. cold cut products high quality and special flavor.
Neutralization unit
The company’s second activity within Corporate Social Responsibility is the incineration of by-products, which has a capacity of 500Kg/h.
Incineration unit
One of the three activities of the company within Corporate Social Responsibility is the neutralization of Class 2 and 3 materials. Its capacity is 1200Kg/h in raw material.
Biogas unit
The company’s third activity within Corporate Social Responsibility is the under construction Biogas Energy Unit, which will be completed at the end of 2017.
Τhe enterprise CHALASTRA FARM MEAT AND FOOD COMMODITIES MERCHANDISING S.A. with headquarters in the Region of Central Macedonia, was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union for the implementation of its project under the Action “Technology Vouchers for small and micro enterprises of the Region of Central Macedonia “.
The Action is aimed at empowering small and micro enterprises, through the purchase of innovative ICT applications, in order to strengthen the ICT implementation strand, as key support technology, to achieve improvements in productivity terms and promotional activities.
